* Ordering our custom built grill islands and cocktail bars usually involves communicating on
several occasions to ensure that all details are correct. We look forward to working with you.
2. Once all the details are worked out, we will send an order confirmation to you. This will
detail your order, including estimated shipping charges, estimated shipping date, any applicable
taxes, etc. Please review the order confirmation carefully for accuracy, especially the item
details.
3. After reviewing the order confirmation and making any changes, a 50% deposit is required.
(See payment details below). Upon receipt of your deposit, your order will be confirmed in the
production schedule.
4. We will contact you again immediately prior to delivery. At this time, shipping and delivery
details will be finalized and the balance due on your order collected. We will also be in touch
with you just after delivery to make sure that everything has gone smoothly.
CONSTRUCTION AND DELIVERY TIME
Average construction time for custom orders is 4 weeks. At the time a deposit is made, we will
advise you in detail of the estimated date of completion and shipment of your custom order.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Cabinetry and large furnishings: Standard shipping is via LTL motor freight. Deliveries to
residential addresses will include tailgate service. The customer is responsible for moving the
furnishing from the point of delivery to its setup location. Exact shipping costs will be quoted
immediately prior to shipment, if not included in the price of the furnishing. We will call you and
let you know when your furnishing will arrive and what carrier will be delivering it to you. A
careful inspection of your furnishing(s) should be made immediately upon delivery. If any
damage is noted, you must note your bill of lading number and confirm the damage with the
shipper for us to be able to take proper action. In case of damage, save all packing materials and
call us immediately to arrange for a return. After pieces have been inspected and placed, all
sales are final.
PAYMENT
A 50% deposit is required to initiate an order for cabinetry. The balance, including shipping
charges and any applicable taxes, is due immediately prior to shipment.
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS
Unless otherwise noted, prices listed are based on construction using Ipe.
CUSTOM DESIGNS
Because each piece is made to order, dimensions such as height, width, and length can often be
modified. Again, modifications will require a separate quotation. Please contact us with your
ideas and requests.
